Yep great ride today Bwucie, thanks a lot, I even enjoyed the ride up HW 16 with no cars around and of course yet another road I hadn't been on on the way back led by Tony, even Neko enjoyed the stretch of gravel  ::)All in all a great day and it was good to see Paul and Wendy on a bike again, pity she missed the freak show  😮

Yes a great relaxing ride today to somewhere I hadnt been before  8)  ( I try not to ride much to the north in case I get to like it ) but as 90% of Auckland also chooses to take their cages up there as well,  it may take a long time !!!  ::)Many thanks to DTY, Richard and Rob for their respective rolls on a very enjoyable day, and of course "Speedo" man for organising it all  ;D

A friend of mine uses an old hospital bed which has a scissors lift, I have never seen it as he is in Christchurch and only found out about it when I phoned him to see if he was ok after the recent earthquake.unfortunately his bike was on it and fell off but only sustained cosmetic damage.  🙁

Awesome Dave, looks like you had a ball, those trail rides let you see scenery you would normally never get to see  ;D

Good one Bwucie glad all is fixed now and it hasn't made too much of a hole in the bank balance  :'(But it should be a glass half full now and ready for another 165,000km not 65,000km

Yes it is a really good cause Malcolm, but unfortunately they have picked the one day of the year that thousands of bikers will be going down to Paeroa.

in reply to: Headlight bulbs #14752

I have had two bulbs blow on my 2006 1200GS after 64,000km and I thought that was excessive
