    I have a system 4 and find it very comfortable, and really like the flip top for convenience.It's fairly quiet but I always wear earplugs anyway and at around $450 for a new one its a steal, but like Alex says depends on where and how it has been stored.

    The company I onced worked for used to sell those Dow Corning inserts, in all sizes, interesting feel and texture to them.  🙂

    Actually went into Experience yesterday to look at one as I am well into my second childhood, but then the brain took over and little hammers in my head, started knocking and said “you will kill yourself on that” so now I am looking at an Akrapovic exhaust instead so I can hoon around annoying people  😀

    That would be me, too old and grey now to go off road with a big lump of a bike like a GS, although in saying that I have been thinking again about buying another 250 road legal dirt bike, but then my next thoughts are when would I use it, as I like riding sealed back roads too much now, and my memory also takes me back to the aches and pains of trail riding  😥There is an interesting letter in the new May addition of Kiwi Rider, page 68 if my memory serves me right about adventure rides on a big adventure bike and I would tend to agree with the writer.

    Glad to hear it was only material damage and you are OK Alex.You should wait around the time it happened as it is likely the car goes the same time and route each day.
