in reply to: BRONZ AUCKLAND TOY RUN – Oooooops Trophy #15993Yes Jim a little disappointing I agree, however I thought the run down the motorway was generally very well behaved and orderly considering there was no police presence.
in reply to: Recycled Waihi Run, Sun 27 Nov. #15727Sorry Bruce, didn't want to burden you with my problems, you have enough of your own.
in reply to: Recycled Waihi Run, Sun 27 Nov. #15723I am Glad you are OK (well almost) Bwucie. The DL650 is a very nice bike and much more useful, if you are planning to hang out with the cool k.... I mean the Adventure crowd, like Malcolm does :-). As far as the election goes, I am happy with the outcome and I haven't checked my Lotto ticket yet.
Talking of DL650s I was in Holeshot Suzuki today and they have a very nice demo for sale just over 11 grand, or an 06 for 10. ::)
in reply to: Recycled Waihi Run, Sun 27 Nov. #15717Pleased to hear you're OK Bruce. I hope you bought a lotto ticket tonight, you're a lucky boy.
Sounds like you had a great day. I think that's the place?? Peter T took us when we were at the rally last January when we visited the Wheelwright demo and an excellent place to test ride the bikes. We will be getting a chance to do some test riding later this month with Experience let's hope it is similarly successful.
in reply to: Rob’s Recycled Dambusters Run #15946Pleased to hear you had a good crowd along and a great ride guys. Sorry I wasn't able to be there but as things turned out I would have been a write off anyway as my son and I finished off the last half of a bottle of Speyside single malt after his celebration dinner late on Saturday night.
in reply to: Round the Block #15696Ha I'm a “seller” not a buyer Bruce and with a little luck it's gone already. ;D
in reply to: Round the Block #15694Great ride yesterday Bwucie, thanks for organising and leading it and of course thanks to Arne for joining us at morning smoko and taking us on one of his magical mystery tours of roads which I for one had never been on and were twisty, twisty, twisty ;DSo all in all, a great ride, great company and great weather, it doesnt get much better than this.
Sorry I didn't really want to post this again and can't find a "delete" button on my "modify" screen??

See what you'll be missing out on Bruce - I hope the practical realities of life and common sense have gone completely out of the window.
in reply to: Interesting bike accident stats #15671I would like to think you're joking but I guess not? Maybe it's time for some organised civil disobedience >:(
in reply to: Been lied to all this years!!! #15699Well done, nothing wrong with Kawasaki anyway. Had a few and my GT750 and GTR1000 were both lovely bikes.
in reply to: Been lied to all this years!!! #15697I would have said the Kwaka for sure. I did a search and found this:http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0075488/mediaindexTake a look at the bikes they are in line 4s and almost certainly Kawasaki.
