Reply from Experience : The colours are yellow & graphite. We have the yellow picture on our website under new motorcycles. The other option is a graphite colour. The prices are F800 GS $19,950On road costs $500ABS $1,510Luggage (yet to see pricing but an estimate would be around $2100) They are based on those fitted to the R1200 GS Adventure.I have 2 models arriving each month from October to November. 5 of them are purchased & the final one is waiting on the demonstrator ride in September. I can not give an accurate month at this stage as 2009 deliveries are yet to be determined but a deposit will allow me to get a commitment from our supply chain. The short answer is I should have at least 1 or 2 for delivery in January & the same for February, March & April. You are welcome to ride our demonstrator when we have it available in September. 😮 Bit of a wait it would seem.

Thanks. I have sent the seller a few questions and requested some more pics. Hopefully they will reply as i am quite keen. I'm a bit worried about the height issue as i am only 5ft 8.

I searched under anystyle BMW and its less than halfway down the page. Being sold from Cambridge,Waikato.I am not that clued up on the Adventure as i was looking for a standard GS. Its advertised as 'last of this model'. Is that because its an 1150 and not the 1200?

Bugger. This is all adding up!! 😕Those of you that may have bought from new, did you get many options thrown in. If i am paying nearly full asking price surely they must be able to chuck in a chrome exhaust or such like? Thanks all the same.

As NZGSER said ABS, heated grips and hand protectors are a must but I believe that BMW are bringing them in standard anyway. The computer I don't know about as I think they are standard on the 1200 GS also, it's only the new 800 series that you can option for the computer as an extra and that gives you a fuel gauge and distance till empty option. The exhaust is chrome but the pipes are stainless and unless you put a lot of effort into polishing them with autosolv they quickly go a crappy dark brown colour so maybe you can get chrome pipes for them.A ventura headlight guard is a must also but the list can go on and on.Go to the Touratech website or Nippy Normans if you really want to spend some money on accessories  😀One point I will make is to be carefull of the side stand on the new models as it allows the bike to go over to an alarming level especially on cambered roads and because it slopes back a lot it is extremely easy to knock it off the side stand.I added a piece of hardwood with an aluminium plate to the bottom of the stand which helps a lot to add some height, but I still always park it in gear as it is so easy to roll off.The older models with the hooped center stand are not too bad but these ones are hard to put on the center stand compared to the new ones.I will try and add a pick of the side stand with extra height added

Thanks thats been really useful. The BM website lists very few options so i guess what you have said is the case. BMW Experience have 2 in stock one in black and the other in red, i was hoping to get a grey one but 4 months is an age to wait. The red one comes with the chrome exhaust. Hmmmmm. There do not appear to be any discounts but i have not haggled yet. Thanks for all your advice guys.
