Svein you have done well. My HP2 road tires have the same chicken strip left. It is hard to get the bikes over that far but it is fun when you can. My 1200rt is almost there. The feeling is great when you get it right around a fast corner.

I can see I will have to get the bike up on the centrestand and get the angle grinder out .  Phil

. One of the things I enjoy in the club is seeing the older members still there and guys in there late 60s still riding adventure rides. And what about guys in their 60's still riding road bikes?  Regards Phil 👿

First time ever that I used a High Viz vest I got rear-ended on the motorway while still doing about 70km/h. I managed to keep it upright. Second time while waiting at a traffic light, drunk guy didn't stop in time.

Sounds like you need one of these!!!!!!!!  Regards PhilNewHelmet.jpg

My gotta  have was a  new Ducati 907ie.  Stuck a photo of it up in the Kitchen, till she who must be obeyed said,  “For god sake go and buy the darn thing”  I always do as I'm told ( yea right)  so I did.  Had it for 14 years, over 100,000 KM before I traded it for the R1100S  Phil MotorBikes15.gif

Like Alex says, it's the tube where the water gets warm after a while, I usually drain it for a couple of seconds by oinching the mouthpiece (usually in the face of the guy who is behind me  :-D) and there's no problem after that.Hope that's enlightening.

It maybe a problem and enlighting for the guy behind you. 👿  Phil
