I keep my finger near the horn an give myself a bit of room to maneuver, but often it just comes down to a gut feeling that something is not quite right.  Too bad I was not driving a bus :-).

Oh so u r one of they guys whom you turn right in front of them with sufficent time and safely and they sit on the horn so they feel superior 8 seconds  later  and yell and scream at ya

I have a Y-pipe and and after market exhaust on my 1150GS. It sounds good, but not louder than the original (which I also have). It's a good modification.

do you have a LVS for that and can u post a  copy

LVS ?? You mean a Low Volume Certification? No.Recently got a WoF at a testing station with my Neptune stainless can fitted. Can't see a need for a cert if I can do that.

just wait 2 u go along one day and Mr Pedantically ANAL is working

That's what happened in Germany. They've set up a good driver training system. Then drivers got completely carried away and they had to build the Autobahns to compensate. so when u attending  👿

Well when people start to realise that running an amber light will cost them 50 demerits and a red 75, I think attitudes may change.  Currently there are no demerits for these offences, ya sure about that quote muppy

Unfortunately this is all wishful thinking, as there would never be 7 cops, 2 patrol cars, 3 patrol motorbikes and a brief to target intersection driving offences, at least not in Auckland.

Dean, have you had a ticket recently? You seem to have this antagonism against the police. If it's just Steve B. you can't stand, just tell him. I always thought that BMW stood for Bayrische Motoren Werke, I am sure that he's misinformed. As a tax payer you are ultimately the employer of the Police, so you could always make a case for buying them postie bikes. They would be much cheaper to buy and use a lot less fuel. People would just have to be a little more patient the next time they'd want police to attend an incident. I don't see people queuing up wanting to do the job, just maybe it isn't the cushy number some seem to think it is.  I am sure if they'd wanted  a cushy job, they would have gone teaching.

They can look after them self  🙄 I never thought My Bell was so thin skinned he needed you to stand up for him 😐It will be quiet next week as I'll be Hawaii for 3 weeks 😀 I'll give every one a break 🙄

Dean is just like me. He does not hate me,  he hates everyone 👿

http://www.stuff.co.nz/4632942a11.htmlMatamata killing a drive-by shootingThe man was shot several times about 1am at an address in McGowan St, Waharoa, 7km northwest of Matamata, police said.A second round of shots was fired shortly afterwards but nobody was injured.Waikato crime services manager Detective Inspector Peter Devoy said it appeared the victim had got into a disagreement with some people when at another address shortly beforehand."They have left and were standing outside the McGowan St property when a car approached from a westerly direction," Mr Devoy said."Pulling up on the roadside near the victim's group someone in the car has fired a volley of shots, a number of which have struck our victim."Driving off, the car has then returned to the McGowan St address a very short time later, pulled up and fired a second volley of shots. No one was injured in this second volley."Mr Devoy said the Waikato armed offenders squad arrived in Waharoa about 3am and a Hedley St address was secured and cordoned off two hours later for forensic examination. He said a number of witnesses were found and police were interviewing three people they believed could shed light on the morning's events.Mr Devoy asked Waharoa and Matamata residents to remain calm."One of the advantages of living in small communities is that everyone knows everyone else. We want to tap into that knowledge and are asking anyone with information to contact the Matamata station," he said."We're also asking that people don't jump to conclusions in regards to what has occurred and let the investigation team do their job."- NZPA

One of the worlds major problems is cheap knock off products. Tariffs should be put on all China made products.
