Hi Alex,With all the bars on showing on the 1150GS I get 380 - 400k's. The fuel light is on though.I rely on doing 380k's on about 18ltrs.Dave

If you can, i know we get a discount with interislander… I find bluebridge more user friendly when crossing. You get on ahead of the car, they let you set up with any hassle of those same people and they also let you off ahead off all of the other vehicles where possible. And they are even willing to help without being asked.Just my thoughts

Sorry guy's, not going to make it up in time… I was getting some new brake pads thrown in and end up getting the fork seals done at the same time. It just ended up taking a bit longer than expected. Not able to pick my bike up until tomorrow. Now I'm just traveling up for work.Bugga!!!!  😥

Great to see so many comments.. and yep if we had a good rider and driver education system in NZ then we may not be in this situation.I don't like the idea of raising the driving age, as the old question pops into mind; how old were you when you got your licence??If we actually had a rider and driver trg scheme in place to teach people how to look out for other road users then we would not be in this argument.I look forward to the upcoming adventure trg in Auckland in a couple of weeks. At least it should make me safer.

I've been talking to a few different people around and asked why aren't looking at the charge vs bhp of the bikes? It doesn't matter how large or small the cc rating is then. And those of us on small bhp yet big bikes are unfairly taxed.
