I caught up with part two last night and while he left us in no doubt that he thought our little country was right up there with (if not) the best I was a little disappointed with the quality of the camera work and choice of scenic shots.  Of course with limited time he wasn't able to cover a fraction of our wonderful roads but it makes one wonder about the  research prior to doing the programme.  Good to see Mac's friendly face there in his Ulysses garb.  Hopefully he'll have the bug now and come back to do it properly.

And what about the Milford road?! Who would go to “Tee A Now”, as Henry pronounced it and not ride one of the most scenic rides in the world! And to add insult to injury he implied that there are now roads into Fiordland. He could not stop waxing lyrical about the roads, scenery and people of Aotearoa though.
