    What ever happened to this banner? I have never seen it in my time in the Register, but it is in a number of archive photoss, including the very first Rally at Woburn, Waipukarau. Anyone know it's provenience?

    Hi Cruiser Boy aka Dave – no I've not seen said banner – you've picqued my interest howeve.Looks like photo has Wellington Harbour on a moody misty day as its background.Wonder how many of those souls are still around - be interesting to hear their stories.Thanks for your effort Dave in compiling the Registers history

    Hi Stephen,That's the 1986 AGM on the foreshore of Taupo. The crop was essential to enlarge the banner.
