Ah the simple mistakes of fools  😳 Here we have the Famous Four on the Kiwi Rd. As Alex has pointed out, freshly graded, loose and dusty  😀DSCF0002.jpgDSCF0003.jpgDSCF0004.jpgDSCF0005-1.jpgNext we have Sir Alex walking around depressed by the scenery and weather, or has he lost his bike? And then the slip that stopped the trip to the Moki TunnelDSCF0010-3.jpgDSCF0009-2.jpgThought bugger, thats ruined this part of the trip when I heard an excited fellow biker saying "wow I have to get a photo of that". Seems we take these things for granted in the Naki. Glad to hear you guys enjoyed yourselves. Its always a pleasure to get out and show off this place  :-D. I wish I had been able to join you for both days but something about the Dairy company and my boss and cows and.... Just bother  😡 Never mind  😀So now we have the Fishers Track Koko?

Thanks for filling in the gap, Peter. Now all we need is Haggis to show his hand. I wonder if he has figured out how to post a link to the video he took.

Not sure what I am doing wrong but my posts on this are being rejected due to attachment [photo] size.  I'll work it out over w'end and add photos.Sorry to Peter and Richard for racing ahead with Alex on the last leg home.  I should have twigged that you weren't just cruising and Richard's concern about noise might have been more than a rattly exhaust. It was a great two days.  Check out Alex's water skills http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OB7fBLvu21w

There is a picture size limit for attachments. It's best to get a http://www.photobucket.com account and then direct link to the pictures there. It's easy and free. Easier than riding through a puddle.

Oops. sorry, did I forget to warn you about that harmless looking puddle on the Whagna Rd?  😀 Its deeper than it looks as I found out when I rode through it a few months back. 🙄 Nice dismount Alex  👿

It wasn't the depth, I hit a ledge or a pothole and the handlebar got ripped out of my hands. I've got a nice bruise just above the knee for my trouble. I hadn't checked the puddle and was showing off for the camera. There was plenty of traction, and if you listen closely you can hear me speeding up, just a second before it happened. I was trying to make a bigger wave and ultimately succeeded, just not as planned. Of course I blame Haggis, for standing there with his camera :-).

Your right Alex, I have looked at it again, slowly, frame by frame and………….. it is definatly the fault of Haggis.  😀 Hope the bruise heals soon so we can go on the next ride Come to that where was he when I was crossing the Tuki Tuki?  😀

Neat photos, haggis. We'll have to do something like that again.
