Just replaced the front tyre on my 1100S with the uprated C version of the CONTI Road attack 2 and enjoying the pleasure of a perfectly profiled front tyre. Grip and precision straight out of the box is just like regular road attack 2 The non "C" version impressed me with how well it has held its shape right down to having no tread at about 45 degrees and barely legal in the middle and delivered good corner entry and stability despite being almost toast.  A.J. at Motohaus commented that the rear was impressively even in its wear, it's next up for replacement in a month. Conti's seem to be a pretty good match for the S on Ohlins hoping the C version lives up to the claim it will "chisel" less

I have the optional wider rear rim so I'm running 120-70-17  (std) on the front and 180 -55 -17 on the rear I was fairly picky when I set the bike up with the Ohlins and even measured "corner weights, front is at 110kg and rear is at 102 kg which is slightly different from standard which was on the original suspension, which was 104 on the front and 108 on the rear. Bike is also slightly hotted up and the "Standard set up"  got "too light" in the front when gassing it in corners.Will.
