After receiving several requests to do so, the original responses in this thread have now been removed.As moderator I've been fairly tolerant and expect users to exercise restraint and use their own judgment as to what is appropriate or not in a public forum. In future I will remove posts with personal attacks on other users, or posts that I consider inappropriate for other reasons.
