    Just had Dan at Coloured Illusions at 23 Regent Street, Petone, repaint my panniers from cruddyscratchedrentalblack to nice, deep, resplendent BMW piedmont red.  Cost was $300, which I though was a bit steep until I put now-matching panniers back on the R12RT – even Dan was impresed with his work.He also gave me the left-over paint for the inevitable stone chips.
