A friend has sent me the links to a bunch of pdf files about this year's Iron Butt Rally.That's a 1000miles each day for 11 days. They are MAD and I ride with one of them, Bob Collin of Maine. Finished 68th I believe. And he was still walkin' and talkin'

That Joel Rappoport did well on his R60/6. 10,554 miles (16,985 km). It's like travelling from the top of New Zealand to the bottom and back again and then doing it again 5 and a half times just because you can. Pretty amazing really. Impressive. Aparently he bought the bike new 33 years ago and it's travelled over 512,000 miles (823,984 km).

You mean you haven't signed up for the Rusty Nuts Motorcycle Clubs 2010 Super Tour…  10000km in 10 days…I am rider 19...  I still think I have made a mistake...!!!!  But I couldn't let it go by....
