New to this forum. 2 or 3 couples at first stage of planning 8 week bike tour through Italy & Spain mid-2013. What are the options re buying good 2nd hand tourers and re-selling? Any known dealers for a buy-back arrangement (happy to deal in UK for start-finish)? Also, the option of renting for most of this period? Against the option of shipping our own bike over? Any other pitfalls – licenses, insurance etc? All info and assistance gratefully received.
