    Hi JimThanks for the invite but unfortunately we are off to Katikati to see friends. First "big" trip woo hooo. Most definitley on in the future tho'.Working through the membership thing as couldn't find the engine number so I have been told use the frame no. instead. Looking forward to Easter, heading off back home to the mainland to visit the whanau in Westport and Christchurch, just organising details tonight. Cant wait to ride in the cold again lol.Cheers Stu

    Enjoy your trip. We're looking forward to meeting you. You'll love the bike. From memory it used about half a litre of oil for every 10000km. My 1150 does that for 1500km. I've forgotten where the engine no. is, but that won't hold you back :-). We'll see you on a ride when you'll get back.Cheers,Alex

    I suspect it's a diesel. I don't think so about running it in. I followed the manual and then wrung its neck. It goes alright, keeps wanting to wheelie when fuel is low.
