This is just a little, lazy, local cruise for a Sunday avo, a “Bwucie” run, not a Register event. As such it will be suitable for oldies, littlies and beginners: that could be bikes or riders! So if you want to bring a youngster or a partner that's just starting out, or your slightly geriatric older Beemer that's fine - our pace will accommodate you.Bring your togs and fins if you want to throw your body in the surf. Enjoy the spectacle of the body-surfing Bwucie wearing WAY too little clothing 😮Note the departure time from Starbucks Westgate will be 1300hrs

Did you intend throwing a little tilki tour in for good measure - Enzo would like to stretch his legs seeing that dad only runs at nana's pace.

Westgate to Muriwai ain't the longest pedal in the world, to be sure. Adding kilometres becomes an issue if the Librarian climbs on the Burgman, or if there are other oldies/littlies.Oldies/littlies runs are just that, intended for the halt, the lame, or the lazy to let them build skills or confidence. Past experience has been that quite a few of the hard-core fraternity still choose to tag along for the social part of the deal, and that's great, because the oldies/littlies soak up the serious motorcycle talk. They are always keen to learn: where's the best hot chocolate, best quiche, wool shop, hairdresser, etc etc.If we don't have the librarian, or her ride ability impaired equivalent with us, well then we can tiki around a bit, maybe Muldoon's for a cuppa or some such.
