Seriously consider attending the BMW GS Rallye Raglan April 16 (dinner / evening social events Fri and Sat night, road and / or gravel ride options Sat). This event celebrates the 35 year anniversary of the bike which defined Adventure Riding. The event is open to all makes and types (road / adventure, etc) but the focus is on showcasing and honouring the BMW GS (you can even test ride new bikes). It just seems right that Auckland BMWOR demonstrate a strong visible presence at this event. On the Sunday morning those leaving Raglan will meet up with riders ex Auckland outside the pub in Whatawhata. From there we will continue as a group on our scheduled ride to Otorohanga.
