    Does anyone have any experience with straightening lower front fork tubes. In this case on a R1100RT with approx 5mm sideways deviation.Is it possible or is it foolish to try ?And before anyone asks, NO I didn't drop this one

    Are you talking about the stanchions? A good engineering shop should be able to handle that.image055.jpg

    Used to be a crowd in Cambridge that specialised in straightening bent bike bits: I'm sure our Waikato Super Sleuth, Mr Bell, will come up with the name, which eludes me for the moment.
