AlexThanks for that Alex, I will have a go again tonight.
Finally got it, thanks Alex.
Old building at Horopito near Raetihi
Neat picture, it looks like an old school house.

This is a tribute to the houses and the pioneer spirit that has helped to create them. You are welcome to include your bike, but first you should find a building. The easy ones are almost all gone.
I really like Jim's little school, his lense may have a little smudge on it, but it creates a slightly dreamy feel. Well done.AnonymousGuest30/03/2006 at 9:56 amPost count: 2134Now that would be the challenge to get the bike in front of these buildings 💡

captured this one just outside Murchison coming from Westport on Monday.
My daughter riding pillion is an enthusiastic spotter on these old buildings and fully embraces Koko's idea of capturing images of them for posterity.
Cheers Aslan 😉this one seems to be abandoned – although there are folks living across the road at this historic location.
Although not weatherboard I thought the old mine buildings warranted inclusion. 😳
Saw one just before the turn-off to Beachlands, but didn't stop to take a picture.I did an dual sport ride this past weekend from Wellington to Ohakune via the Whanganui River Road (yes I know its a favourite of mine) – tooling around Ohakune and returning via Turakina Valley Rd – this little old house is South of Taihape – others I was riding with were bemused at my stopping to photograph old buildings
