DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS TODAYS RIDE HAS BEEN CANCELLED. :'( :'(Club Ride - Sunday 12th August - Tour of the Rangitikei.This month, given that it is still mid-winter, Malcolm & I felt that we should not stray too far from home so decided it would be a good idea to explore the Rangitikei. We will meet at Sanson Z (but bear in mind that it may still be under construction so don't rely on fuel availability) and travel through Marton, Mt Curl Rd, Rangiwahia Rd through to either the Apiti Tavern & Cafe  or Hansens Cafe at Kimbolton for a bite of lunch. Depending on weather we may proceed home via Pohangina Valley.All riders meet at Sanson fuelled up ready to go - 10:30am. (Wanganui riders can meet us at corner of SH3 & Pukepapa Rd at 10:45/11am).
