I am quite keen for a re-run of the Old Whanga Rd. This time from the pub end to Aotuhia and then out via Aotuia Station. I hope the dates are suitable. We should be able to down in the morning, do the ride and then spend the night in Taumarunui or Awakino before riding home again.I'll see if I can get one of the locals to lead us through the unknown bits. Micawberism is still suffering from a crook wing, but has suggested someone else instead. Let's hope the usual crowd can be persuaded to join in, anyone else with a suitable bike and the willingness to pick it up repeatedly is of course welcome to join.
