AnonymousInactive31/07/2008 at 5:31 amPost count: 305Maybe we can just take care of it here:If the link to the survey worked, would you be interested in more off-road riding facilities?YES or NOSee? We don't need a fancy survey link!
This is for the Auckland Regional Council, will try again with the full message.Off Road Survey for Auckland RegionWe are undertaking a survey on behalf of the Auckland Regional Council as part of a study into the demand for off road motorised recreation in the Auckland region. The aim of the study is to gain an in depth understanding of the demand for and the core issues surrounding off road motorised recreation. The primary purpose of the survey is to gather your thoughts so that we can better understand the demand for off road motorised recreation. The survey is aimed at people participating in off road motorised recreation within the Auckland region. The survey can be found on:http://visitorsolution.off-road-moto...vey.sgizmo.comThe survey is available from now until the 15th August. Thank you for your time. Still no luck. Local government never makes it easy 🙄
AnonymousInactive31/07/2008 at 9:37 amPost count: 286Thanks Peter, that doesn't work either. It gets you to the end of the survey. The “thank you for participating point”.I recall ARC promptly announcing that they were going to stop beach access or seriously limit it particularly referring to Muriwai after the tragic accident up at Dargaville a few months back. They'd announced that they were always concerned that this would happen at Muriwai and something along the lines of needing to put an end to it. (Sorry about the vaguneness)Could this survey's intention be to reinforce their ideals of closing or seriously restricting access to places like Muriwai beach. Just a wee cycnical thought popping through.

There are no sand hills left after all the storms. Who could we blame for that. 😕
AnonymousInactive31/07/2008 at 9:48 amPost count: 286So I took Youngjim's original url and expanded it out with PeterzGT post and created a link that works. Click on it below for the survey and I accept no responsibility for anything that happens from that moment forward. I'm off to do the survey.http://visitorsolution.off-road-motorised-sport-survey.sgizmo.com/Just back and it works. And yes I pointed out the value and pleasure gained from Muriwai requesting it stay.

Blame? A child knows that a sandcastle gets washed away in the next high tide and understands that this is part of the natural cycle of life...As the child grows and becomes an adult they lose this understanding...They will have built their sandcastle and be very proud of it. Then they look up and discover what they had forgotten as a child, that the sandcastle may not last and with the ignorance of adulthood cling with every ounce of their being to their sandcastle, becoming worried, stressed and at times giving up hope on life or even ending it.If only they understood what the child understood... it's just a sandcastle and it may only last till the next high tide.I know this answer was the long way round but I can't remember who created the story above so I'll attribute it to "Anonymous".No one is to blame. A sandcastle is just a sandcastle and a sand hill is just a sand hill.
