    BMWOR of NZ Inc. Annual General Meeting and dinner 2008 When: Saturday 11 October, 2008 Registration from 3:00 pm ~ Coffee/Tea from 3:30 pm ~ 4:00 pm AGM ~ 7:00 pm buffet dinner. No badges this year. Please register your attendance at the AGM and pay the dinner fee of $40:00 per person by Friday 3 October 2008. Where: Suncourt Motorhotel & Conference Centre 14 Northcroft Street, Taupo - Free phone: 0800 786 268 - http://www.suncourt.co.nz Please make your own bookings - quote BMWOR reference # 63303 Superior Twin Studio - a double & single bed (in the same room). Standard facilities include tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, Private amenities, digital SKY TV and air conditioning. These units have been refurbished 2008. All units have views of the lake and mountains with a variety of ground & top floor units. BMWOR rate: $112.00 single/double/twin plus $20.00 each extra adult, $10.00 extra child. One Bedroom Unit - a queen bed in the bedroom and a double pullout sofa-bed in lounge area. Kitchen facilities consist of stove top, microwave and fridge. Private amenities and Digital SKY TV & telephone. Situated adjacent to the pool and childrens play area without views. BMWOR rate: $108.00 single/double plus $20.00 each extra adult, $10.00 extra child.Two Bedroom Unit - a queen bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a double pullout sofa-bed in the lounge area. Private amenities. Kitchen facilities consist of stove top and microwave. SKY TV & telephone. Situated adjacent to the pool and childrens play area without views.     For on-line paymentClick here for on-line payment.Event ID for the AGM is 382.Please enter382 to the Event ID# on the form.And do NOT forget to enter your BMWOR member number.Without the member number, the secretary won't be able to identify who paid.
